Parcel Carrier
Failure If a parcel carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or
Airborne Express fails to deliver your gift basket on time, except in the
case of an act of God (including bad weather), an act of war, or high
seasonal shipping volumes, then the incremental difference between Express
delivery (Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day) and Ground Delivery will be
refunded. |

ships within the fifty states of the United States and to Israel. We do not ship
to U.S. territories or other countries.
For gift baskets shipped to
Alaska or Hawaii, you must select Next Business Day
shipping. When
ordering a gift basket for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii,
please allow an extra day for
delivery. For example, when you select Next Business Day service to
Hawaii, your gift basket will be delivered on the 2nd Business Day.

majority of the year, if we receive your order by 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
Eastern Standard Time, we will ship your order on the same day.
Otherwise, we will ship your order on the next business day (Monday
through Friday) excluding Jewish holidays. However, our shipping and
delivery schedule changes during major Jewish holidays. Please see
the daily shipping and delivery schedule explained on the holiday

You have the option of
shipping your gift baskets using:
Please note that Saturday,
Sunday and Jewish Holidays are not considered delivery
days. For example, if you place your order on Friday before
12:00 p.m.
(Noon) EST and request Second
Business Day delivery, we will ship your gift basket on Friday and it will
be delivered on Tuesday. If you place your order on Friday after
12:00 p.m.
(Noon) EST and request Second
Business Day delivery, we will ship your gift basket on Monday and it will
be delivered on Wednesday.
Shipping rates vary by gift
basket. You will be given the choice and cost of all shipping
methods while you are shopping on KosherGiftBaskets.com before you check
out. |

Your Order's Shipping and Delivery Schedule |
| Please count only business days, Monday through Friday. Exclude
Saturdays, Sundays, and all holidays that fall on business days. For
example, if you place an order before the daily 12:00 Noon EST deadline on
a Thursday, and select 2nd Business Day, your order will ship on Thursday
and be delivered on Monday. However, if that Monday is a holiday, your
order will be delivered on Tuesday. For questions about shipping and

For gift baskets shipped to
Alaska or Hawaii, you must select Next Business Day
shipping. When
ordering a gift basket for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii,
please allow an extra day for
delivery. For example, when you select Next Business Day service to
Hawaii, your gift basket will be delivered on the 2nd Business Day.

| You are responsible for
providing correct and complete shipping addresses including street number,
street name including floor, suite or apartment number, zip code and phone
number. Parcel carriers such as UPS and Federal Express charge for
address correction. |

| Return Policy |
We will do everything we can to make sure
you are a satisfied customer. You have our promise that we will always do what

If you are not satisfied with the gift basket you
ordered, for any reason, you can call us and request a Return Authorization
Number. When we receive the returned gift basket with the Return Authorization
Number, including the gift basket contents and packaging, we will issue a
credit of 90% of the price of the gift basket (we have a 10% restocking fee).
Please note that the shipping charge is non-refundable. |
