Chocolate Mousse Cake (Jerusalem)

This cake is a tasty way to send thoughts of "we're here with you" for any occasion.  The cake comes with a  layer of brownie torte and chocolate mousse in between the layers and decorated with a rich topping.

Serves 18-20.
